Please note that we will start posting position descriptions for the student applicants at the end of January. We will accept position descriptions in February, but it is recommended to get your description in as soon as possible to attract the widest applicant pool.

Mentors give ASE their rank-ordered list of applicants

ASE notifies students of acceptance/regrets by phone and/or by mail

Mentor-intern matches complete

Midsummer Conference at Oregon State University, one day conference - required event for interns.
