Emily joined the Saturday Academy team in early 2019.
Emily grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and attended college at Shepherd University, where she obtained her degree in Graphic Design. After graduation, Emily moved to Denver, CO to work in the marketing department as lead designer and marketing assistant at a foodservice design consulting firm for two years before moving to Portland.
Emily has always had a passion for learning and all things creative, especially in the illustration, design, web development fields. She loves creating art, gaming, watching horror movies, playing Magic the Gathering, and cooking in her spare time!
