Get the tools and learn the basics of making your own electronic music. Learn what makes up a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). Cultivate an understanding of drum production, synthesis, sound design, music theory, songwriting, and sampling. Create songs and beats inspired by genres like House, Hip-Hop, Lo-fi, Dubstep, Drum and Bass, and more!
Students will need access to a computer, webcam, and internet. They will meet electronically using an online platform called Moodle. Login instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the account in advance of the class start date.
