Dylan came to Portland in 1997 to join the faculty of the Oregon Graduate Institute, where he also taught Lego Robotics through Saturday Academy. A couple startup companies and two children later, he became a Saturday Academy parent. After the ASE symposium for his daughter's amazing summer internship experience he found an opportunity to join the board, which he has been a part of since 2018, becoming board chair in 2022. He is passionate about education, cycling, coffee, table tennis and computer science.
