Students will need access to a laptop/desktop computer (Mac or PC) and internet access. Students will meet online using Zoom. A link along with any other class information will be emailed out to families prior to the class start.

Karen Wolfgang, MA Educational Leadership, BA Anthropology, also holds a certificate in Environmental Studies from Princeton University. Karen is passionate about sustainability and helping people create a better relationship with their natural and built environments. An expert in gardening, Karen uses the chemical properties of plants to make tinctures and useful creations.
Sharon Ross is a trained member of the State of Oregon Radiological Emergency Response Team directed by FEMA and is an acting member of the Leadership Committee for the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management NET (Neighborhood Emergency Team) program. She teaches the community how and why to prepare for unexpected disasters and shares skills in basic survival. Sharon teaches how to become self reliant and is also establishing an off-grid homestead.
