ASE staff will call selected students and offer them an internship once all rankings are received, however, all students will hear from ASE regarding the final decision on their application. At the end of the offering phase, ASE will email notices to the students who did not receive internships. Visit the ASE Selection Process page for more information.
Mentors rank their top candidates for their positions and send to ASE for further placement. Mentors MAY NOT offer students internships and students should contact ASE if they believe that they’ve been offered an internship during an interview. Before ASE internships begin, mentors participate in an orientation with the ASE staff. Orientation is a chance for you to learn more about the upcoming experiences with the ASE Program this summer. Orientation is designed to facilitate a successful internship experience for all participants. Exact time TBD.
