4TH-5TH GRADE GIRL GROUPS

Bring Girls Engage Technology to your group!

Do you have a group of four to ten 4th-8th grade girls? Do you want to help build the next generation of women in technology? Our GET program is designed just for you!

The program is grant funded and free to all girls participating.    We are currently offering on-line programming classes only.

Class titles are   Digital Game Design and Avatars and Icons.   The structure conforms to the requirements for Girl Scout Coding for Good badges for juniors and cadettes.

Select from the following:
  • A group of four to ten  4th - 8th grade girls, each with access to computer and Zoom conferencing.  Classes are currently held online.
    • Girl Scout Troops
    • Student Pods
    • Sports teams
    • Homeschooling cohort
    • Any group of girls!
  • 2 hours of instruction  Basic Digital Game Design using Scratch programming language
  • All classes taught by female engineers.
  • Girls may sign up for multiple sessions to complete complex projects.
