Stacy Carleton

Grades 1-12, In-Person & Online

Stacy Carleton, M.Ed., is a professional writer, editor, and English teacher with over 15 years of experience in education. She also offers tutoring services through Carleton Academics. She is the co-founder of a private writing workshop group, and has worked with Write Around Portland, Wordstock, and Literary Arts. Her work has appeared in multiple publications, including Willamette Week, VoiceCatcher, Oregon Humanities Journal, and Oregon English Journal, and she is a regular performer in the comedy show Mortified. 

She began teaching for Saturday Academy in 2013 and teaches Write for Success, ACT/SAT prep, Creative Writing, Creative Arts Lab and TED Talks. She can travel to schools in East, Northeast, North Portland & Vancouver.
