The Apprenticeships in Science and Engineering (ASE) Symposium is the culminating learning event of the summer and enables the students to organize and synthesize their internship experiences. ASE interns present their work through 10-12 minute oral presentations. Participants review and ask questions of peers’ projects and conclusions. This enrichment activity is designed to broaden technical exposure and improve interns’ speaking and presentation skills. This is a required event for all ASE interns. Mentors, parents and community guests are encouraged to attend.
