Josh Dolar

Education and Engagement Operations Manager

Josh has a passion for helping young people understand how the world works and how to find their place in it. Originally from Salem, Oregon, Josh graduated from George Fox University with a BA in Christian Ministries with a focus on Youth Ministry before working with numerous organizations to help develop and foster their programs at important inflection points of their history. From coffee shops to youth programs, churches to auto body shops, all of these work spaces he has called home. Throughout a diverse array of positions, the role of being a team leader, live event producer, thoughtful communicator, and positive culture setter are skills and qualities he shares with Saturday Academy.

He can be found carrying around his trusty Canon AE-1 film camera when he is out and loves being able to translate the beauty of the mundane in his photography. As a native Oregonian, his fondness for nature goes without saying, as does his love of the Blazers, Timber, and Thorns!
