Lee Ngo (he/they) is a community-driven freelance educator with over 20 years of experience in media, marketing, academia, management, and operations. He worked previously for companies such as Educative, the Greater Foundation, Tribune Broadcasting, UP Global (acquired by Techstars), Galvanize (acquired by K12), and Metis (a Kaplan company). In addition to Saturday Academy, Lee works as a tutor for Portland Youth Builders and launched Coding is Life PDX, a coding community for all ages.
Lee has a lot of hobbies, including gaming of all types, coaching youth basketball, collaborative karaoke, attending and paneling at nerdy conventions, and producing plays and films with his creative friends. Lee received a B.A. from Yale University and M.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
