OLGA RUDNITSKY

Director of Finance and Operations!

Olga Rudnitsky (she/her/hers) has over two decades of financial experience in running business operations. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Finance and International Business. Olga worked as a management consultant on community projects in the US and abroad, such as lowering national youth crime rates and improving social conditions through government policy. As a Ukrainian-American who loves being of service to others, Olga dedicates her time assisting refugees with I.R.C.O. and consulting start-up nonprofits.

Prior to moving to Portland from New York State, Olga travelled the world both as a business consultant and a professional painter. She is a children’s book illustrator and writer and has a deep appreciation for the arts. Her artwork is held in a number of private collections and was exhibited at the United Nations in NYC. Whenever Olga is not busy being creative, she enjoys the majestic Northwest outdoors, swimming, yoga, and spending quality time with her kiddos.
